CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGLISH ONLINE - SPRING 2025

Do employees need fluency in customer service situations? Is there uncertainty in sales situations?

Can the staff answer questions about products fluently? How do you politely respond to complaints or feedback? Fluent English language skills give you confidence and create a positive image of the company. Relaxed, guided practice of interaction and conversation skills. During the training, you will increase your vocabulary, practice phrases and expressions that will be applied

in daily customer service situations.

- Mobile or Multimedia situations and Phrases

- Dealing with Complaints

- Questions and Answers- Giving Instructions and Directions

- Dates and Time expressions

The training aims to develop more natural English expression.

Small talk skills create a positive first impression when moving on to the real issue.

Advice will be given that will immediately give you more confidence and effectiveness in your performance. The training will be held in English only. Max 5 people / group. Minimum participant level: A2.1.

€1,910.00 + VAT 25.5% / group, includes level testing and teaching materials.

 

Schedule: 6 x 3h (4x45min).
